Parsian Safaiyeh Hotel consists of three parts: New Hotel, Old Hotel, or Garden Hotel and the phase. The New Hotel, with 105 rooms and suites, reception and lobby, is a masterpiece of combining modern and traditional architecture with unique features which were built in 2007 at the entrance of the complex on three floors. Preserving the traditional style and historical texture of Yazd and considering modern architectural standards can be seen in the architecture and design of this part.
The restaurant is located in the new hotel complex and this part is equipped with an elevator and one of the special facilities of this part is the room for the disabled. The Old Hotel started its activity in 1956, its last renovation was done in 2013 and now it has 46 accommodation units. This part, with its traditional structure, is 5 minutes away from the New Hotel and because it is located in the middle of the garden, it is called the Garden Hotel. Actually, the distance between these two parts is about 150 meters, which consists of a beautiful green space.
The garden rooms are scattered throughout the garden and guests must walk the path to reach their room, the units of this section are equipped with a tea maker. Guests staying in villas of the Garden Hotel can park their car next to their accommodation building. Both parts have a coffee shop but the guests of the Old Hotel must go to the restaurant of the new part to eat. Phase one and two were built in 1999 between the new part and the old part. These two phases are two-story buildings and each has 22 accommodation units that surround a circular courtyard.
Safaiyeh Hotel has three conference and ceremonial halls, each of which is known as one of the most important halls in Yazd and hosts most of the important urban events. The Nezamiyeh conference hall in the New Hotel and the Khayyam and Hafez halls in the Garden Hotel with a capacity of about 300 people are ready to receive and host the ceremonies. The Hotel has also two restaurants, three coffee shops, an area for walking and cycling, a handicraft shop, a taxi service, a safe deposit, and experienced staff.
